Ending a high-end romance swindle is not easy. Victims often deal with the problem alone, either because they are embarrassed, unable to face the truth, or married. They may feel there is nowhere to turn and nothing they can do. I am here to tell you there is a solution and a way out, whether you are single, married, or a business professional.
I am Frank M. Ahearn, an extreme privacy expert, and I have dealt with romance-scam privacy issues for many years. My expertise is stepping in and finding an exit that protects your identity and keeps your secret safe.
Romance swindles come in two forms: online and in person. When the relationship begins on an app or social media, I can take over the communication immediately, and you stop dealing with the person. I move the communication to a contact I control, pose as you, and end the relationship. The person believes they are still speaking with you.

In-person romance scams involve a relationship of sorts or a close male friend. These individuals move themselves into the victim’s life aggressively. Sometimes it is a cult of personality: a real charmer who romances the victim and breathes life into her. Control and isolation are two forms of manipulation they use. They take control of the victim’s daily life and isolate her from friends and family.
The first step for a victim is to acknowledge that something is wrong and the relationship is unhealthy. Without that, many people create excuses and allow the person to remain in their lives. They may feel the company is better than being alone, or that lavish gifts are a small price to pay for a second romance in life.
The problem with this thinking is that the predator will keep taking and isolating you until you have no control over your life or finances. A love swindle is about money, not love.
When I step in, we take a full inventory of your life and potential losses. We change information on accounts, email, and anything else the person can access. When you are ready, we pack his bags, and I am the one who tells him he must leave. Depending on where you live, whether in a house or an apartment, we put measures in place to keep you safe and prevent surprise visits.

About Frank M. Ahearn
I started my career as a skip tracer and social engineer in 1984. My job was to find people. I learned how addresses, businesses, telephone numbers, family connections, and small personal details could lead to someone who did not want to be found.
I later put that knowledge to work protecting people. I help clients keep their identities private, become difficult to locate, and get out of situations they cannot resolve alone.
I am the New York Times bestselling author of How to Disappear. I am based in Europe and work internationally. When a romance swindle becomes a private crisis, you deal directly with me.
There is hope. A love swindle can make life feel smaller, but it does not define the rest of your life. The truth may be painful, and leaving may take time. You can get through it and find your way back to yourself.
