I don’t think people changed.I think they followed something they didn’t understand.They were told sharing was good.
That being seen mattered.
That being online meant being connected. So they walked in. They shared their lives.
Their opinions.
Their anger.

Their approval. At first, it felt like togetherness.Years later, it looks like something else. Everything is split.
Everyone picked a side.
Everyone thinks the other side is the problem. There’s no unity here.
Just noise.
Just teams.
Just constant fighting.

Privacy used to be normal.Now it feels suspicious. If you take part, you give it away.
If you don’t, they notice.You’re told where to look.
What to scroll.
What matters.If you stop engaging, that’s noticed too. Nothing feels neutral anymore.It feels like a war you didn’t sign up for.
