Romance scam help Singapore clients receive from Frank M. Ahearn begins by answering one question: is the person real or fake?
You may already suspect something is wrong.
The stories keep changing.
Meetings are promised but never happen.
There is always another delay, emergency or reason money is needed.
You do not need another list of romance-scam warnings.
You need someone who knows how to search for people, follow information and find the details that do not fit.
That is what I do.
I Search for the Person Behind the Story
I began my career as a skip tracer and social engineer in 1984.
My work involved searching for people through addresses, telephone numbers, businesses, relatives, associates and the small pieces of information they revealed without thinking.
I search the identity presented to you.
I examine the name, photographs, telephone numbers, email addresses, social-media profiles, employment claims and businesses connected to the person.
I search for information that supports the story.
I also search for information that contradicts it.
The goal is simple: determine whether you are communicating with the person they claim to be.
I am not a private investigator.
I am a search expert with decades of experience finding people and identifying the information that connects one identity to another.
Is Your Online Relationship Real?
You do not need to prove the person is a criminal.
You need to know whether their identity and story are real before you send more money, share more information or become more deeply involved.
If you have never had a normal live video conversation with the person, that is a serious concern.
However, a video call alone is no longer absolute proof. Artificial intelligence, altered images, recorded video and fake online identities have changed what people can create.
I look beyond one photograph or conversation.
I search the details surrounding the person.
Does the business exist?
Does the professional history make sense?
Do the photographs appear elsewhere?
Are the telephone number and email connected to the identity being presented?
Does the person leave a trail that supports the life they claim to live?
I search and tell you what I find.
Romance Scam Help for Singapore Businesswomen
Businesswomen, executives and financially independent professionals can become valuable targets.
The person may claim to be equally successful. He may present himself as a business owner, international consultant, investor, military officer or professional working in another country.
The title does not matter.
The information supporting the story does.
A successful woman may also hesitate to ask for help because she does not want her family, colleagues or business contacts to know about the relationship.
My work is discreet.
There is no staff handling your information. There are no case managers passing your private messages between them.
You deal directly with me.

When a Romance Scam Becomes Blackmail
Some online relationships become blackmail threats.
The person may have private photographs, intimate conversations, financial details or information about your marriage, family and career.
Once the demand becomes “pay me or I expose you,” the immediate problem is no longer whether the relationship was real.
The problem is stopping the blackmailer.
Do not panic.
Do not immediately block the person.
Do not rush to make another payment.
Stall.
If I am hired, I remove you from direct contact with the blackmailer. I take over the communication, control the pace and work to prevent exposure.
I do not give you a generic script and leave you to handle the threat yourself.
I step in and take over.

Facebook and Instagram Exposure
A person met through Facebook or Instagram may already have access to your family, friends and professional contacts.
If the relationship becomes blackmail, the person may use those connections to make the threat appear immediate.
I search what connects the fake identity to your real life. If blackmail has begun, I determine who may be targeted and take over the communication.

Married Women and AI Romance Scams
A married woman may fear losing her marriage, family, career and reputation.
That fear can prevent her from asking for help.
I do not judge the relationship.
I focus on the person behind the identity, what information has been shared and whether a blackmail threat exists.

Protecting Your Identity
A romance scammer may know your real name, home address, employer, family connections and private habits.
Ending the conversation does not remove that information.
After decades of finding people, I reversed my work. I began protecting identities, making people difficult to locate and helping clients disappear.
If the online relationship created a larger privacy problem, I search for the paths connecting your private information to your real identity.
