How to Disappear in the Age of AI | I Am Not Your Data

How to Disappear: AI War Edition – I Am Not Your Data, Digital Starvation and the Art of Becoming Extinct is not a traditional how-to-disappear book.

If you want instructions on vanishing, read something else.

There are no steps.

No checklist.

No clean exit.

No version where you follow a set of instructions and suddenly believe you are invisible.

This book begins where most people stop thinking.

It starts with a simple idea:

You are being watched.

Not necessarily by a person.

By systems.

Algorithms.

Artificial intelligence.

Machines learning how you behave, where you go, what you buy, what you search, what you fear, and what you are likely to do next.

And then something responds.

How Do You Disappear When AI Already Knows You?

That is the problem.

Years ago, disappearing was largely about information.

An address.

A telephone number.

A credit report.

A paper trail.

I spent years as a skip tracer finding people through those trails. Later, I reversed everything I knew and began helping people disappear.

Today, the problem is different.

Your information still matters.

But your behavior matters just as much.

Where do you normally go?

Who do you contact?

When do you wake up?

How do you react under stress?

What do you search when something goes wrong?

What happens when artificial intelligence knows those answers before you decide what to do?

That is where How to Disappear: AI War Edition begins.

This Is a Different Kind of Disappear Book

Inside the book, you will find conversations.

Not metaphors.

Not theory dressed up as technology.

An artificial voice speaks to you—not necessarily as a threat, but as a system that already understands how humans behave.

It doesn’t ask where you are going.

It tells you.

It predicts what you will do under pressure.

It explains the patterns that make you easy to find.

And the uncomfortable part is that it is usually right.

Then there is Null.

Null isn’t a guide.

Null isn’t human.

Null represents something colder: the idea that disappearing in the future may require more than hiding information.

It may require starving the machine.

Digital Starvation

We have been trained to feed machines continuously.

Search.

Click.

Post.

Buy.

Like.

Travel.

Communicate.

Ask questions.

Every action becomes another piece of information.

Another pattern.

Another prediction.

Digital starvation asks a different question:

What happens when you stop feeding the machine an accurate version of yourself?

That does not simply mean deleting social media.

Deleting is easy.

Becoming unpredictable is harder.

Real privacy is not about disappearing from one database. It is about understanding how information, behavior, technology, and human habits work together.

That is the war this book explores.

The Art of Becoming Extinct

The title sounds extreme because the problem is becoming extreme.

You do not need to literally vanish from civilization.

But perhaps the version of you that exists inside databases, prediction systems, advertising profiles, search engines, AI models, and behavioral systems needs to become less useful.

Less accurate.

Less predictable.

Maybe eventually extinct.

That is what I Am Not Your Data means.

A human being should be more than a collection of patterns waiting to be analyzed.

Disappear Privacy and Extreme Privacy Help

The book explores the war between privacy, behavior, artificial intelligence, and prediction.

My actual privacy work is different.

It is built around the person, the problem, and what needs to change.

If you are trying to disappear, become difficult to locate, separate your private life from your public information, or solve an extreme privacy problem, start here:

The old question was:

How do I disappear?

The new question is harder:

How do I disappear when the machine already thinks it knows where I am going?
